The NGO Orkid offers 3-month training opportunities to help young disadvantaged women in Kenya to find work.This project puts in place training resources that enable female students to learn construction sector skills, thereby helping them to improve their socio-economic position and - ultimately - promoting gender equality in the construction industry.
