The Saint-Gobain Foundation participates in and supports, both in France and abroad, projects aimed at promoting the integration of young adults into professional life; aiming at the construction, improvement or renovation of living spaces for underserved communities, contributing in particular to reducing energy consumption and preserving the environment. The Saint-Gobain Foundation also leads and coordinates selfless actions and initiatives undertaken by the French and foreign subsidiaries of the Saint-Gobain Group, and can contribute to their funding.

Where this policy refers to “we”, “our” or “us” below, unless mentioned otherwise, this refers to the particular Foundation that is the controller of your personal data.


We may collect and process the following personal data:

Personal data you give to us: this is information about you that you give to us, entirely voluntarily, by entering information via:

  • one of our websites;
  • our mobile applications;
  • social media platforms;
  • corresponding with us by phone, email or otherwise.

Example: this includes information provided at the time of registering to use our websites, subscribing to the services we provide through our websites, posting material or requesting further services, managing your account online (including accessing documentation and engaging in correspondence with us by phone, email or otherwise). Purpose of processing


This processing activity has been set up in order to manage non-commercial information and communication of the Saint-Gobain Initiatives International Corporate Foundation (hereafter “the Saint-Gobain Foundation”) and, in particular, for the following detailed purposes:

  • Constitution and use of a file of addresses for information or internal or external communication purposes (newsletters, institutional websites, contact files, invitations to events, etc.) relating to the goal or to the activity pursued by the natural or legal person who implements the processing, to the exclusion of any commercial or political solicitation;
  • Creation, editing and distribution of information and documents, in particular at the request of interested persons, internally or externally in different formats (email, video, page on social networks, images, testimonials, mobile applications, podcasts, newsletters, etc.), excluding commercial or political communication;

Legal bases of the processing
